A lovely apartment. Well equipped and beautifully clean. Superb views. Very close to a good bus route to Dubrovnik or Cavtat. Niksa and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. His English is very good. Good nearby restaurant and a handy little shop not far away. We loved it!

The apartment was extremely clean and surprisingly spacious with a good size balcony with beautiful sea view. There are lots of steps to a beautiful, small, quiet beach but well worth a visit - sea was so calm and swimming lovely.

There is a very good restaurant within walking distance - lovely food and very reasonably priced. There is also a small shop within walking distance. Bus stops very close with regular services to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Niksa (owner) was extremely helpful with airport pick up, emergency milk and wine, and use of phone when we could not operate payphone. All in all it was pretty perfect and would definitely return.

We have just returned from our second stay at the wonderful Soline apartments. This is the first holiday ( and we have traveled a fair bit) where we have been back to the same place. We were met by Niksa at the airport and stopped off for groceries at a supermarket on route. The transfer is about 15 minutes and before long we were back at our home from home.

Yes the views and sunsets are amazing from the balcony and to top it all Niksa and Marina had a hot tub installed on the terrace with outside shower and seating area, this was luxury, felt like we were on a cruise ship as you could see the ocean as you lay relaxing in the bubbles. It was our afternoon Treat! I don't think we could add much more to all the other positives comments, but just to say how much we were made to feel so welcome and how clean and well maintained the apartments are. Nothing is too much trouble and information and advise is always available.

Thank you again Niksa & Marina we had another relaxing and wonderful holiday in your beautiful country, we will be back!

Located approximately 10 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the studios have been recently modernised and now offer extremely comfortable accommodation.

The house is near a store and a bus station where regular buses can take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat, it is located under the road towards the sea and there is no noise just birds. The accommodation is perfect for families, children and elderly alike, couples, etc. With a beautiful view of the sea and the forest surrounding you, it can provide you peace, tranquility and relaxation.

You have a beach 10 min walk from the apartment, the beach is sandy with no big crowds.

Located on the sea front in the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik Riviera and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat.

Modern newly built apartments overlooking the sea offers everything you need for a memorable holiday.

The studio apartments are located on the upper level of the main villa with separate entrance, surrounded by hundreds of years old pine forest will offer you the most relaxing atmosphere.

In front of the entrance to apartments is covered terrace, surrounded with forest, with barbecue and table for you to use.

Apartment contains a bedroom with twin bed, en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette in the living room with additional bed(sofa) and balcony(terrace) overlooking the sea.

The open plan kitchen and dining area offer the sea views so you can enjoy the most romantic sunset while cooking your favorite meal or just sipping a cool bottle of wine.

From the quiet, covered balcony you can enjoy in the moments of rest or watching beautiful sunset.

This property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Some apartments are suitable for people experiencing mild mobility problems. Prior to confirming suitable apartment owner has to be informed about it. Walk down the hill from apartments to the beach is short but steep.

The apartments provide ideal accommodation for budget conscious couples. Apartments can be used separately or as one.

 

Attractions

Soline village, which is the most south-eastern part of Dubrovnik area acquired by the Dubrovnik. The region is known for its stone architecture of high quality as well as for its artistic handicrafts. Konavle offers to the visitors many interesting excursions based on the tradition and customs, handicrafts.
Cilipi, which is 5 minutes drive from the apartment, is a cultural centre of Konavle, well known for its Sunday folklore performances were tourists may see the traditional dances, the beautiful national costumes and the typical Konavle Embroideris.In the warm atmosphere of the ancient centre of Cavtat the house, atelier and gallery of Vlaho Bukovac the most important representative of Croatian academic realism, should be particularly mentioned.
Additional attractions in area include horse back riding, diving and excursions to Elafiti islands. The most interesting are Montenegro (Kotor-Cetinje-Budva), Medugorje, Mostar – old town, Islad Mljet (national park) Lokrum arboretum…

Excursions by boat

Enjoy unique panoramic landscape of the islands. There are 13 islands in this archipelago northwest of Dubrovnik but only three Elaphiti are inhabited: Kolocep, Lopud, Sipan. To see all three major Elaphiti you should consider taking a private tour to Islands Cruise by a midsize boat which includes a picnic on the boat. The places you’ll see can be approached by sea only. This tour gives you a chance to enter and see some of the Elaphiti hidden caves, swim on sandy beach of Sunj and visit ancient vilancient villages .

Dubrovnik Summer Festival

Dubrovnik Summer Festival (Croatian: Dubrovačke ljetne igre) is an annually-held summer festival instituted in 1949, held in Dubrovnik, Croatia in the period July 10th – August 25th.

In a unique ambient of open and closed scenes of Renaissance-Baroque city of Dubrovnik a rich programme of classical music, theatre, opera and dance is presented annually.

“Julian Rachlin & friends” FESTIVAL

Can you imagine the honor extended to the citizens of Dubrovnik by Julian Rachlin, one of the world-famous violinists when, during his guest performance at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival in the year 2000, he came up with the idea of organizing a festival of chamber music in their city And the idea has not remained merely an idea, but became reality when master Rachlin brought to Dubrovnik many of his fellow musicians, including some of the most prominent names of classical music like the cellist Maischea Maisky or violinist Janine Jansen, pianist Itamar Golan, cornist Radovan Vlatkovic. Enchanted with the atmosphere of the historic town centre, the most beautiful stage for playing music, Rachlin and his friends perform for Dubrovnik’s audience year after year, thus creating a festival that, in addition to the friendly atmosphere, offers its visitors a high quality experience, incomparable to any similar music event.

Travel

Dubrovnik’s Cilipi airport is approximately a ten minute drive from the apartment. Additionally, the border with Montenegro is only twenty five minutes away. Car hire is a distinct advantage, as there is so much to see and do, but not absolutely essential as local buses provide a reliable service in and around the Dubrovnik vicinity.

From the Dubrovnik Airport:

British Airways and Croatian Airlines fly charter flights during the season, from London, Luton, Manchester and Birmingham. There is also a budget airline ClickAir that flights direct from Barcelona.

The apartment is 5-10 minutes drive from the airport. If you book this apartment, we can offer discount rates with our partner rent a car company, you just need to ask!
Airport transfer can be arranged at a special price for our guests.

If you wish we can organize your transfer from airport (20 eur-a) and if you’re interest we can also arrange an affordable car rental, which will give you the opportunity to visit and knowing beautiful Dubrovnik area.

 

By car:

If you arrive by car our apartments are about 10 km south of Dubrovnik near the road to Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport.

Our apartments are on the way from Dubrovnik to Cavtat in the place Soline and address is Soline 35, apartments are located under main road close to the sea coast.

 

By bus:

From Dubrovnik end Cavtat you can use local bus (Dubrovnik-Cavtat) which go every half hour and bus station is cca 80m far from apartments.

Buses drive every 30 min and city of Cavtat is 7-10 min drive and city of Dubrovnik is cca 15 min drive from apartment.
